3. Reservation and Cancellation Policy

The following conditions apply to reservations:

Reservations can be made via website, WhatsApp, phone, or email
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the transfer time are free of charge
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to full charge

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are valid in the currency indicated on the website. Prices include VAT. Payment can be made by cash, credit card, or bank transfer. Prices may change without prior notice, but prices for confirmed reservations remain unchanged.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are expected to comply with the following responsibilities:

Provide accurate and up-to-date contact information
Be ready at the designated time
Follow the rules given inside the vehicle
Not damage the vehicle

6. Company Responsibilities

BlackCab Luxury Travel commits to the following:

Providing service with safe, clean, and comfortable vehicles
Providing service with professional and qualified drivers
Tracking flights and ensuring timely pickup

7. Limitation of Liability

BlackCab Luxury Travel cannot be held responsible for delays or cancellations due to force majeure (natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemic, extreme weather, traffic accidents, etc.). The company's liability is limited to the fee of the service provided.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to BlackCab Luxury Travel and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

9. Dispute Resolution

The laws of the Republic of Turkey apply to disputes arising from these terms. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Antalya are authorized for the resolution of disputes.
